Jason has competed in Fell Running at national level and is a keen runner. He uses a breathing techniques to set the pace for running, ensuring that the activity is stress-free and injury free. Following Eastern wisdom, physical activity should rejuvenate the body, remove stress and develop mind body co-ordination. Far different from the high-intensity, stressful and detached approach used by many. Jason also practices Ashtanga yoga.
