Welcome to One Woman Clinic. After having breast cancer in 2011 I was aware that a menopause without HRT maybe a challenge. This lead to me researching every aspect of menopause. Now qualified as a woman’s health practitioner I have created the One Woman Clinic so I can share my knowledge and help others on their menopause journey.
Treatments and Classes
Meditation & Stress Management 1 - 1
Learn the basic skills and techniques for beginners to advanced meditation and mindfulness . Meditation helps reduce stress, anxiety and negative thought patterns, promoting relaxation, positivity and peace.
Menopause Management Group Sessions
A 6 week course covering everything menopausal.
Week 1 -hormones, what they do, how the body should work and how diet effects this.
Week 2- Exercise, pelvic floor, bone density and weight gain.
Week 3-Toxins, how they effect hormones. Household products and skincare.
Week 4- Stress, how it effects hormones, weight gain, hormonal veil and negative thought patterns.
Week 5- Sleep, rem sleep, why sleep is important and how to improve it.
Week 6- where do we go from here, question and answers. Our journey.
Includes closed Facebook group, goody bag, Aroma- Touch massage and 1-1 session for anything you would like extra help with.
